Dr. Donna Johnson is the Chief Innovation Officer at Louisiana Tech University, where she leads revenue-generating initiatives in economic development, technology transfer, and partner engagement through the University’s Innovation Enterprise. Formerly Assistant VP for Academic Advancement and Executive Director of Military Outreach at Northwestern State University, she has established multiple instructional sites, overseen enrollment growth, expanded partnerships, and led nationally recognized development efforts. A two-time Honorary Commander at Barksdale AFB, she’s received numerous awards and appointments. Dr. Johnson holds advanced degrees in education and English and remains active in state and regional service through various committees, appointments, and organizations.
